A few weeks ago, I made my first “how to” exercise video about the simple pushup. However, many people told me that they don’t have the strength to do a single pushup, so they couldn’t follow along with that video.
My new video will get you that first pushup! You will start with the easiest version of the pushup that you are ready for today, and progress to the full movement in a few weeks or so! (Some people will get their first pushup in a week, others may take several weeks.)
Remember, information alone (like this video) will not make you stronger, faster, smarter, more flexible, or healthier unless you TAKE ACTION and start doing something TODAY! Tomorrow will only be busier (and tomorrow isn’t even guaranteed to happen) so get started RIGHT NOW!
