Douglas Winslow Cooper, PhD

Dr. Cooper was an Associate Professor at the Harvard School of Public Health and was elected a Fellow of the Institute of Environmental Sciences and Technology. Katherine Freeman, MD, FACG

Dr. Katherine Freeman is a board-certified gastroenterologist at Mount Sinai in Manhasset, NY. She trained at Cleveland Clinic and SUNY Stony Brook for internal medicine and gastroenterology. She is interested in women’s GI issues such as functional bowel disease, pregnancy related GI disease, and she is a strong advocate for colon cancer screening.

Stefani Sassos, MS, RDN, CSO, CDN, CPT, is an esteemed Registered Dietitian Nutritionist on Long Island's North Shore.
